TERMS &CONDITIONS
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before booking with Kayak
Voss. By completing a booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation:
• Your booking is confirmed upon receipt and processing of payment byKayak Voss.
• Upon confirmation, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.
• A written agreement via email regarding the booking of an activity
constitutes a legally binding contract.
2. Payment:
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
3. Changes to Bookings:
• Changes to bookings are subject to availability
• To request changes to your booking, please contact Kayak Voss directly at kayavoss@gmail.com
4. Participant Requirements:
• Participants must meet any age, weight, or other requirements specified for each activity.
• Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by Kayak Voss staff during the activity.
5. Privacy Policy:
• Kayak Voss respects your privacy and will only use your personal
information in accordance with Norwegian privacy laws
6. Acceptance of Terms:
• By completing a booking with Kayak Voss, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

CANCELATION POLICY
MULTIDAY TRIPS
-FULL REFUND up to thirty days before the trip
-50% REFUND fourteen days prior to the trip
-25% percent refund seven days prior to the trip
-NO REFUND will be given with less than seven days notice of cancellation
FULL OR HALF DAY TRIPS
-
FULL REFUND given if cancelled within ten days or more
-
50% REFUND given fve to ten days prior to trip
-
NO REFUND given if cancelled four days or less prior to the trip
In the event that Kayak Voss cancels an adventure activity, you have the option to rebook for another available date or receive a
full refund
Please Note:
• Weather and Water Conditions: We may cancel or alter
arrangements due to unforeseen weather or water levels for safety reasons.
• Minimum Guest Requirement: Trips may be canceled if there aren't enough guests registered
• Participant Safety and Fitness: We reserve the right to cancel if
participants are unfit or compromised in any way
• No Show Policy:
Failure to attend without prior notice will be considered
a "no show," and no refund will be given
