The fjords here in Norway during the winter months are exceptionally beautiful. Nærøyfjord—usually bustling with traffic, ferries, kayaks, SUPs, and thousands of tourists on a daily basis—is transformed into a tranquil paradise with towering snow-covered peaks and no one around for miles. This customised trip is unlike anything you can experience during the winter months and is a must-do if you are in the area over winter.
To make this experience even more unique, you can combine your excursion with a fjord-side picnic lunch by an open fire, or warm up at the end of the day in our wild sauna with incredible views across the fjord.
This trip is fully guided by one of our qualified and experienced sea-kayaking instructors, and all necessary equipment is provided.

This easy sea kayaking tour is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a relaxed morning adventure.
Your guide will introduce you to the basics of sea kayaking before exploring the shoreline at a comfortable pace. Enjoy the fresh air, beautiful views, and the unique experience of being on the water in the heart of Norway.
For those wanting to add a little extra adventure, the tour can also be combined with a short hike through the beautiful Bordalsgjelet Gorge.
